Our services are accessible solely via on-call, chat, and email. Onsite service is not offered as a method of service delivery.

is not responsible for providing support for hardware-related issues concerning your PC, servers, printers, routers, wireless access devices, or any other related problems.

We do not offer any replacements or standby for any computer components that have failed.

We do not extend any warranty on hardware and software that falls under the support plan.

You are accountable for ensuring the security of your PC, including your username and password. www.ionosllc.com cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to adhere to this security requirement.

www.ionosllc.comcannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from data theft from your PC under any circumstances.

During all remote access sessions, you are advised to continuously monitor the session while the individual is on the phone with you. We will not initiate any remote session without a live person communicating with you simultaneously. If you receive a remote session request without a live person on the call, you are advised to decline the request. At no point will www.ionosllc.combe liable for any data theft that occurs due to an unattended remote session.

You are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. In your use of the Service, you must not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.

All your actions and interactions with us regarding computer support issues must adhere to the cyber laws of the United States or your country of residence.

As a merchant, we shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the denial of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us and our acquiring bank from time to time.

Terms Regarding Payments, Refunds, Upgrades, and Downgrades

We do not retain credit card information for any customer, and we will not process any charges without your explicit consent.

Cancellation and Termination

You bear full responsibility for the proper cancellation of your account. It is essential to submit a cancellation request via email or phone to your account manager, and you must obtain a confirmation from them on the cancellation date.

If you choose to cancel the Service prior to the conclusion of your current paid month, the cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not incur any further charges.

The termination of the Service will lead to the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to the PC Support Service.

Any illegal use of software may lead to the termination of your services and the cancellation of your account by www.ionosllc.com

www.ionosllc.com retains the right to deny service to any individual for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

www.ionosllc.com maintains the right to alter or cease, either temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time, with or without prior notice.

Credit Card Billing
