Refund Policy

Refund Issuance Process:

All refunds will be processed using the original payment methods. If you are receiving a refund after we have obtained your item, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for us to complete the return processing and issue your refund. The refund amount and the method of issuance may vary depending on the item's condition, the duration of possession, and the purchase method. Refunds may take between 5–10 business days.

If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us via mail or email at the address provided above as soon as possible. We will promptly rectify any information identified as incorrect.

Refund Policy

Due to the characteristics of digital distribution concerning active license codes, Ionosllc LLC is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products once they have been delivered and the activation/license key has been accessed. All sales related to licensing are final.

You may request a refund only if you have not yet accessed the activation/license key from our system. If you have already accessed the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Please ensure that the software is compatible with your system prior to accessing the activation/license key.

FOR COMPUTER REPAIR & SUPPORT SERVICES

1. DISCLAIMER

1.1 ionosllc.com will exclusively perform and provide computer services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. ionosllc.com is committed to delivering honest, reasonable, and considerate services. While the aim is to provide the highest quality of service and support, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

1.2 Computer services and repairs are conducted as per the service agreement. There may be situations where your computer cannot be repaired and will need to be rebuilt or upgraded. (Examples include: Age of the PC, repair/replacement parts being obsolete such as memory chips, motherboards, etc.)

1.3 The duration required to service or repair your computer cannot be accurately predicted. (Refer to paragraph 2.1 below) 1.4 You acknowledge that during the process of servicing your computer equipment, there is a risk of data loss. You agree that you have taken the necessary precautions to back up your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. ionosllc.com will not be liable for any data loss. (Refer to paragraph 4.4 below)

1.5 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other essential software on your computer to carry out the required services. All software will be removed/uninstalled upon the completion of the service.

2. BILLING TERMS

2.1 Charges for computer services and repairs will be billed as outlined in the service order provided. The fees will be determined based on the service you have selected as indicated in the invoice.

2.2 Prior to commencing any computer services or repairs, an estimate of the costs will be presented. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed.

2.3 Should there be an unexpected deviation from the estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you to inform you of the situation and to obtain your authorization to either proceed or halt at the estimated limit.

2.4 If you are unreachable, work will be paused until contact is made. Once communication is established, your choice to either continue or cease will be respected by ionosllc.com.

3. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUNDS

3.1 Full payment is required upon the completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.

3.2 Payment in advance is required for computer parts, hardware, or software that are ordered or specially ordered.

3.3 ionosllc.com accepts payments in cash, by check, or via credit card.

3.4 If the customer is dissatisfied with the service rendered within 10 days, they are entitled to a full refund.

4. LIABILITY

4.1 Services are rendered with the intention of repairing, upgrading, or otherwise rectifying the computer system(s) for which you have requested such services.

4.2 Your system will not be subjected to intentional harm. The primary objective is to repair your computer, not to inflict damage upon it. 4.3 In the event of accidental data damage to your system or data loss resulting from pre-existing issues within your system, such as viruses, poorly configured software, or hardware malfunctions/failures ‑ you agree to indemnify ionosllc.com and any individuals associated with ionosllc.com or involved in the services rendered for you against any damages arising from such issues.

4.4 It is your obligation to back up your data, ionosllc.com will not be liable for any data loss. (Refer to paragraph 1.4 above)

5. SUPPORT

5.1 Ensuring customer satisfaction is our highest priority..

5.2 All services will be performed in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner, taking into account the circumstances and nature of the technical issues.

5.3 Complimentary support will be offered for issues arising from the service order that remain unresolved.

6. REPAIRS & SERVICE GUARANTEE

6.1 All services and repairs are guaranteed for a period of 10 days from the date of completion or acceptance as stated in the Service Order.

6.2 Should it be determined that the technician incorrectly diagnosed the service or repair, ionosllc.com will carry out the repair or service at no labor cost, or a refund will be processed in accordance with a mutual agreement.
